Screen Printing

For bulk t-shirt printing, screen printing is the most cost-effective and efficient option. The more you print, the less you pay per item, making it ideal for large orders. We'll screen print orders as small as 48 pieces or as many as 10,000 pieces, our process ensures high-quality results at competitive prices.

Direct To Film (DTF)
Direct To Film printing is a process where your design is digitally printed onto a clear film, coated with an adhesive powder, which is cured and then heat transferred on your garments.

DTF offers excellent color accuracy and durability. It’s ideal for intricate, full-color designs and has a lower minimum order quantity than screen printing, making it perfect for smaller runs.

DTF printing is incredibly versatile, working well on various fabrics like cotton, polyester, blends and more. Whether you’re customising t-shirts, hoodies, or polyester caps, DTF delivers high-quality prints on every item.
Patches
Custom patches are a popular and affordable way for bands, clubs, and brands to create unique merchandise. Whether you want patches that can be sold separately for your customers, or patches that we can apply directly onto your hats or other items, we have a range of options to suit your needs. Embroidered Patches have a slightly raised texture and bold look. They come with a merrow border, perfect for sewing onto jackets, hats and other heavy fabrics. If you need a custom size or shape, we can create that too.

Woven patches are similar to embroidered patches but offer a smoother finish. The design is tightly woven into the fabric, making them ideal for more detailed artwork.

Print Stitch Patches are a blend two of the most popular decoration methods to achieve a remarkable effect in just one custom patch. These high-end, specialty patches combine embroidery and sublimation printing for a full color, photo-realistic finish that offers the texture and dimension of traditional stitching

Polybagging
Keep your shirts looking their best with our individual fold and polybag service. Each garment is carefully folded and sealed in its own protective polybag — giving your orders a clean, professional finish while making storage and handling effortless.

To make organization even easier, size stickers are included on every garment bag, so you can quickly find exactly what you need when picking and packing.
